550 people fed in February 2025

In February 2025, your donations helped Abingdon Foodbank to distribute 220 food parcels to people facing hardship in Abingdon and the surrounding villages.

These parcels fed 550 people, of which 235 were children.

We helped a number of families with additional parcels during half term, to help with children’s lunches.

In February our top donations were 740kg from Waitrose, 606kg from the general public, and 212kg from Millets Farm, alongside lots of donations from organisations, faith groups, ALDI and Pets at Home.
