Waitrose Abingdon donates 14 tonnes in 2024

Waitrose Abingdon donated 14 TONNES of donations to Abingdon Foodbank in 2024!

In 2023 Waitrose Abingdon donated 13,405kg of food and household items, but in 2024 they went even further, donating 14,069kg.

To every customer, staff and member of the public who has dropped items in the donations crates in-store, thank you! Waitrose Abingdon is not only our biggest supermarket donor but our biggest overall source of food and household item donations.

Thank you to the team for signposting our campaigns, hosting collection crates and welcoming us for food drives. It makes such an incredible difference to us! 💚
